What is a Topping Out Ceremony and Why is it Important?
The Topping Out Ceremony is a long-standing tradition in construction. Historically, it involved placing a tree or branch atop a completed structure to celebrate progress and thank the workers. While modern ceremonies may not include trees, they continue to serve as a symbolic moment of achievement.
For us at MPS Building Ltd, it’s also an opportunity to:

Reaching this stage means that the structural framework is fully in place, and we can now focus on bringing the interior spaces to life.
Meriden Close: What’s Next?
With the concrete frame now fully constructed, the project is progressing into the next critical phases:
Internal Finishes – The next step is fitting out the interiors with high-quality materials, including flooring, doors, lighting, and all the features that turn a structure into a home.
External Finishes & Landscaping – Work will begin on the façade, driveways, pathways, and landscaping, ensuring that the surroundings match the modern, stylish design of the buildings.
Final Inspections & Completion – As we near the end of the project, rigorous quality checks and final adjustments will ensure everything meets the highest standards.
